Get back to Nature.
Get back to Simplicity.
Get back to the Beginning.

Our modern lifestyles make us fear everything that is natural:
We are afraid to use our body.
We are afraid to skip a meal or two.
We are afraid of sunshine and cold.
We don’t appreciate simple, unprocessed foods.
We don’t know how to stop the perpetual thinking process.

Exercise, fasting, body tempering, natural nutrition and meditation – these are the main practices of Primal Tao.

– Quality fruits, veggies, meats, bones, organs, eggs, butter, milk and nuts are excellent sources of nutrients.
– Regular exercises- (under load through a full range of motion) are an excellent practice for a healthy, functional body.
– Gradual and regular exposure to the elements is an excellent way to maintain the body’s ability to respond to environmental challenges.
– Occasional fasting is an excellent way to regenerate and to maintain or regain metabolic flexibility.
– Meditation practices are an excellent tool for dealing with everyday anxiety, stress and fast paced life.

The ancient practitioners of Tao called it: cultivating
Four Empties, Three Harmonies, Two Opposites and One Wuwei

– Diverse movement practices (Isometrics, Somatics, joint strengthening, HIT, Tai Chi)
– Breath practices
– Diverse meditation and relaxation practices (static, dynamic, mindfulness, self-observation, intent)
– Cold conditioning
– Natural, non-industrial nutrition
